Field Service Engineer (Medical Lab Analyzer)

Provide technical support on-site for medical laboratory analyzers manufactured by this company. Preferred qualifications include recent experience in the Medical Device industry working in field service. The assigned location for this role is in the greater
Fort Myers/Naples, FL area.
Candidates must have a strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Relocation is not possible. Applicants should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the greater
Fort Myers/Naples, FL area

Qualifications:
- A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
- Demonstrated experience in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience with medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
- COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on the instrumentation.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Field Support Group to resolve issues.
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts in company vehicle.
- Deliver basic on-site training on equipment operation.

- Base salary ranging from 65K to 80K, depending on experience (with potential for additional 4K - 8K annually through overtime and performance bonus).
