Repair and maintain medical laboratory equipment (including hematology, chemistry, and coagulation analyzers) for a leading manufacturer in the medical device industry. Preferred candidates will have experience in field service within the medical device industry, specifically with automated robotic lab instruments. This role is based in the Jackson, Mississippi area. A strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting is required.

**** No relocation assistance is provided. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the greater Jackson, Mississippi area.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relations.
• Collaborating with the Field Support Group to resolve problems.
• Managing car inventory, including tools and trunk stock.
• Providing basic on-site training on the operation of company instrumentation.

• Base salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience (additional $4,000 - $8,000 per year from overtime and performance bonus, potentially more).
