We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site service, including installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair across all our product lines. This position is based in Columbus, OH, and will primarily cover the OH, MI, IN, and KY areas. The compensation for this role ranges from $30.00 to $33.70 per hour, depending on your technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Role Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Managing inventory, planning trips, and handling administrative tasks related to service functions.
• Being available for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and passport.
