FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Salt Lake City, UT)
Field Service Engineer (Medical Lab Analyzer)

Provide technical support for medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) at an organization specializing in medical laboratory analyzers. Preferably, candidates should have experience in Field Service within the Medical Device industry. The role involves servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Salt Lake City, UT area. A background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting is required.

Qualifications:
- A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
- A strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
- Availability for overnight travel.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a field service engineer.
- Experience in servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
- Applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Field Support Group to resolve issues.
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools and parts in the company vehicle.
- Provide basic on-site training on the operation of company instrumentation.

- Base salary range of 65K - 80K, depending on experience (overtime and performance bonus could add an additional 4K - 8K annually, potentially more).
