We are currently seeking a Field Service Implementation Manager with a strong focus on travel (approximately 80% to 90%) and experience in field erection and sheet metal projects.

• This role requires extensive travel within the United States, Mexico, and Canada, with onsite project durations ranging from three to six months. However, rest assured that you will have the opportunity to be home on weekends every two to three weeks.
• To be considered for this position, you must have at least 10 years of field experience in a management role, as well as some background in field erection and sheet metal work.
• We offer a competitive salary of up to $140,000 for highly qualified candidates, along with per diem and bonus opportunities.
• Please note that only United States citizens or Green Card holders will be eligible for this position, as it requires full-time employment on a permanent W-2 basis.
• In addition to receiving full benefits, you will also have the opportunity to work for an employer located in the Little Chute, Wisconsin area. However, please keep in mind that the majority of your time will be spent at customer sites rather than at our facility.

Within our field service department, you will be part of a team that includes 16 members. This team consists of controls engineers, a service coordinator, and a designer. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:

• Traveling extensively (around 80% to 90% of the time) throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
• Managing the construction of various onsite projects.
• Collaborating with customers and contractors to ensure project success.
• Monitoring and maintaining project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Prioritizing and enforcing safety measures in the field.
• Serving as the onsite field service project manager for our clients.

To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

• A willingness and ability to travel extensively (around 80% to 90% of the time) within the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
• At least 10 years of field experience in a management capacity.
• Experience in field erection projects.
• Proficiency in working with sheet metal.
• A consistent and reliable work history.
• Either U.S. citizenship or a valid Green Card.
