Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: Concord, NH

Salary: $65-75K plus performance-based bonus

Job Summary of the IT Support Analyst: We are seeking a self-motivated IT Support Analyst who excels in customer interactions, possesses strong report-writing skills, and contributes to product enhancement recommendations for the Product Development Group. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for the independent assembly, commissioning, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of computer systems both locally and globally.

Qualifications of the IT Support Analyst:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role with decision-making responsibilities
  • Certificate or degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time (both domestic and international)
  • Proficient in writing technical reports, handling return material authorizations, preparing test reports, and creating corrective action reports
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs is highly desired
  • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot systems using electrical schematics
  • Expertise in working within a Windows environment and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must possess a clean driving record
  • Fearlessness in working at heights is required

· Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, data acquisition, wiring, power equipment, and industrial electricity is necessary. Familiarity with Siemens, ABB, or TMEiC platforms is highly preferred.

· Must currently hold a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one (with proper documentation for international travel)

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst:

· Regular interaction with customers, end-users, vendors, and contractors

· Assisting in scheduling and coordinating the involvement of relevant stakeholders for equipment inspection and start-up and commissioning activities

· Internal coordination to ensure prompt response to customer queries

· Onsite and remote troubleshooting of PLCs, VFDs, and other automated equipment

· Repairing equipment at customer facilities, including warranty and non-warranty claims

· Conducting routine inspections of existing system installations

· Taking charge of pre-commissioning activities in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation disciplines, ensuring work quality and report accuracy

· Traveling to customer sites for final commissioning, demonstrating equipment functionality as per specifications, and obtaining customer acceptance

· Supporting the project team in resolving all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation punch list items as per project requirements

· Participating in project and construction meetings as needed

· Providing technical training to end-user operators and maintenance personnel

· Acting as a troubleshooter for on-site technical issues, analyzing and resolving faults, and being available for subsequent technical inquiries

· Independently coordinating site visits with customers and/or end-users

· Managing travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, etc.) independently

· Directly providing technical support to customers, contractors, sales, and engineering for testing and field service activities
