Remote Maintenance Specialist - Field Service Technician

• A related degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical field service, mechanical field service, or industrial maintenance, including troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives, are required.
• Approximately 75% travel within the United States and internationally, with transportation by airplane and automobile.
• Hourly pay rate of up to $35.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product installations, start-ups, and repairs at customer sites or via telephone.
• Provide support to customers both on-site and remotely.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Travel 65-75% of the time to domestic and international locations, including France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Canada.

Requirements:

• Possess a 2-year degree in an electrical or maintenance-related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical field service, mechanical field service, or industrial maintenance.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally by airplane and automobile.
• Hold a valid passport and driver's license.
• Strong work history and reliability.
• Must be a US citizen or possess a green card.
• Reside within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, Wisconsin.
