Our client, a well-respected international law firm specializing in complex corporate finance matters, is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Corporate Debt Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team based in Atlanta, GA.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious law school, with an exceptional academic record.
  • Active membership in the Georgia Bar is a requirement.
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in handling secured transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
  • A solid understanding or keen interest in syndicated and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in transaction closings and drafting pertinent financing documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in sophisticated corporate debt transactions, specifically in secured lending and acquisition finance.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to draft and review complex financial documents and agreements.
  • Offer guidance to borrowers and lenders throughout all stages of transaction structuring and closings.
  • Contribute to high-profile finance projects for national and international clients, ensuring compliance and optimizing transaction terms.
  • Cultivate client relationships and support the business development initiatives of the firm's finance practice.
