Finance Corporate Debt – Senior Associate/Counsel
Location: Atlanta, GA preferred. We also consider applicants from Los Angeles, CA; Washington, D.C.; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Dallas, TX.

An esteemed AmLaw 50 firm is in search of a highly-qualified Senior Associate or Counsel to join their esteemed Corporate Debt team. Although candidates from different areas will be considered, the Atlanta office is the preferred location. This opportunity is perfect for an attorney with extensive expertise in finance and corporate debt matters, such as syndicated lending, secured transactions, and acquisition financings.

Candidate Profile:

• A strong academic record with a JD degree from a prestigious law school.
• Bar Admission in Georgia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, acquisition financings (including cash flow and asset-based credit facilities), and high-yield debt offerings.
• Valuable knowledge in cross-border engagements is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to effectively handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intricate finance and corporate debt transactions, including syndicated lending and acquisition financings.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding secured transactions and high-yield debt offerings.
• Collaborate with a group of attorneys on international finance engagements.
• Oversee multiple transactions across diverse industries, ensuring successful deal execution.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate debt matters, working closely with clients.
