🔑 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• 4+ years of experience as a personal financial advisor/planner

• Series 65 license and insurance licenses

• CFP® designation preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a passion for client success and business development

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop comprehensive, fee-based financial plans for individuals, families, and business owners

• Provide investment advisory services, including proposal development and asset allocation modeling

• Support trading and rebalancing of client portfolios

• Conduct client meetings—either solo or with a senior partner—to review financial strategies

• Respond to client service needs and manage financial goals year-round

• Help grow the firm through new client acquisition and strong client retention
