Electrical Mechanical Industrial Production Supervisor - First Shift

• Minimum of three years of electrical assembly experience, minimum of three years of mechanical assembly experience, and at least five years of manufacturing supervisory experience are required
• Salary can reach up to $75,000 for the ideal candidate
• Applicants must be either a United States citizen or Green Card holder

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Electrical Mechanical Industrial Production Supervisor on the first shift at a growing company specializing in metal product manufacturing. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Adhering to a 40 to 50 hour work week during the first shift
• Supervising, leading, motivating, and providing guidance to production employees
• Ensuring adherence to the shipping schedule for timely project completion
• Managing and allocating production resources efficiently
• Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder timely project completion
• Participating in initiatives to improve production quality while minimizing costs
• Ensuring safety and maintaining orderliness on the shop floor

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Minimum of three years of experience in electrical assembly
• Minimum of three years of experience in mechanical assembly
• At least one year of experience in managing shipping schedules
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Stable employment history
• Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of the Brown Deer area
