CNC Machinist (Milling or Turning)

Location: Big Bend, Wisconsin area
Compensation: Up to $40 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, W-2
Benefits: Full benefits package provided
Work Arrangement: On-site only (no remote)

A growing, high-precision manufacturer is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in either Milling or Turning to join their first-shift team. What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC lathes or mills accurately, according to specifications

• Perform setups and make tool page offsets

• Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy

• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as needed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Document production and process information when required

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe or mill operation)

• 1+ years of CNC setup experience

• Strong blueprint reading skills

• Solid understanding of GD&T and G&M codes

• Proficiency with a variety of measuring instruments and gauges

• A commitment to safety and quality standards

• Reliable work history and strong attention to detail

• Must live within 45 minutes of Big Bend, WI

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
