We are a leading provider of over 40 premium, all-natural sweet and savory flavors, purees, concentrates, and blends. These products are sold through distributors to various industries including foodservice, hospitality, manufacturers, and consumers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing sales in the CA, NV, and AZ territory.

Develop and maintain relationships with current distributors in the area. Explore opportunities to generate revenue with distributor accounts. Expand the business by identifying and partnering with new distributors using various strategies, including sales reporting, online research, event leads, and other resources. Utilize Salesforce to document customer engagement activities.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales to analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data for the region. Provide input for the annual budget in your territory. Develop the communication strategy to cover operational support needs. Manage leads and development of regional manufacturers.

Supervise the West Sales Account Manager.

Travel requirement is approximately 50%. You will have access to nearby airports for convenient travel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in sales to foodservice distributors.

Proven track record in sales and account management.

Excellent negotiation skills. Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within approved budgets.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Suite.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary of $80K + 20% bi-annual bonus
