Food Plant Capital Projects Manufacturing Process Engineer
To be considered, resumes must include experience in completing capital projects in food manufacturing plants, as well as a track record of resolving issues on production lines and achieving quantifiable results.
- A four-year engineering degree is required.
- Minimum of three years of process engineering experience on an FDA compliant manufacturing line.
- Minimum of three years of experience managing manufacturing plant projects.
- Compensation is up to $115,000.
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
- This is a full-time, onsite position - no remote work.
- This is a permanent W-2 employee position with full benefits.
- Located in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
This growing food manufacturer is seeking a full-time, permanent Food Plant Capital Projects Manufacturing Process Engineer. The company is in the midst of expanding and introducing new capital projects, including the addition of new manufacturing lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Evaluating and improving food manufacturing processes.
- Managing food manufacturing projects from start to finish.
- Assessing and optimizing food manufacturing facilities.
- Designing new food manufacturing lines and upgrading existing ones.
- Collaborating and negotiating with vendors to integrate new equipment and technologies into the current setup.
- Identifying and addressing engineering and maintenance needs for troubleshooting and yield improvement.
Interested candidates must have the following qualifications:
- A four-year engineering degree.
- At least three years of experience in process engineering on an FDA compliant manufacturing line.
- At least three years of experience leading large capital projects.
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing project management.
- A solid work history.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
- Must live within a 45-minute drive from the location.
