Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper utilization of therapeutic exercise techniques
• Provide stimulation or massage to facilitate healing
• Assist patients in operating equipment like wheelchairs or walkers
• Maintain patient records and track goals and progress
• Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

• Must possess in-state licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a physical therapist

• Preferred: 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
