Responsibilities

  • Implement effective business processes and foster a high-performance culture by engaging and empowering employees. Lead the execution of key business initiatives to meet customer expectations and achieve excellence in both commercial and operational aspects.
  • Take full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of CT OEM Operations, which includes 2 locations. Lead both organizations to achieve their performance and financial goals outlined in the Company's annual profit planning process.
  • Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy, focusing on organic revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of product offerings. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strive for performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to drive profitable top-line revenue and increase market share. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commitments.
  • Take charge of the annual profit plan and develop long-term growth plans for both sites, driving the achievement of site goals.
  • Lead teams to consistently deliver results while fostering collaboration, influence, and relationship building. Operate as a strong team leader and builder to generate success.
  • Build a passionate and driven management team characterized by intensity and professionalism, focused on winning.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, empowering teams to achieve and sustain results.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talented individuals to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure accountability in areas of responsibility to achieve short-term and long-term business success, as well as required financial performance. Develop and implement necessary measures to address challenges and fulfill commitments.
  • Plan and direct activities to meet or exceed established performance metrics, including safety and environmental stewardship. Align actions with the company's vision, strategy, and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance overall business performance, maintaining alignment with company values.
  • Expand product offerings with existing customers, while also developing new customer relationships to increase the strategic presence of both sites.
  • Achieve productivity and efficiency improvements through continuous improvement activities and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Manage operating methods, budget spending, resource utilization, labor efficiency, material scheduling, and capacity planning effectively.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, leveraging data to develop and execute plans.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multi-site organization, employing a leadership style that incorporates emotional intelligence. Ability to build collaborative teams and cultivate an engaged workforce.
  • Highly motivated individual with exceptional energy, thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • 10-15 years of P&L experience in the aerospace or general industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Prior experience in commercial and sales management is essential.
  • Proven effectiveness in leadership and strong skills in managing people.
  • Successful track record in implementing strategies to establish and maintain a high-performance work environment.
  • Solid business development experience.
  • Ability to integrate sales, operations, finance, logistics, and human resources to maximize site P&L performance.
  • Skilled in leading change, striking a balance between consistency and adaptability in response to new information.
  • Exhibits impeccable integrity and possesses superior interpersonal skills, capable of engaging personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Change agent with emotional intelligence who challenges the status quo and drives results with urgency.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
