General Manager – Multi-Unit QSR Franchise
Location: Waterloo, NY
Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Monthly Bonuses + Annual Profit Share + Full Benefits

Join a fast-growing, multi-unit Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise as a General Manager in one of our high-performing locations. With 10 freestanding stores across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, we’re looking for a proven leader who’s ready to take ownership, drive results, and build strong teams in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 40+ employees to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Oversee all daily operations including food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and team performance

• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and development to ensure high retention and productivity

• Monitor and drive store profitability through cost control, budgeting, and full P&L accountability

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and brand standards (ServSafe, cleanliness, operational procedures)

• Execute local marketing strategies and community engagement to build brand loyalty and traffic

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment

• Demonstrated success in team development, training, and performance management

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, labor management, and financial reporting

• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to work a flexible 5-day workweek, including 10-hour shifts

• Energetic, hands-on leadership style focused on excellence and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000 (Weekly Pay)

• Monthly Bonuses: $1,000–$1,500

• Annual Profit Sharing: $7,000–$8,000
