General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant
General Manager (QSR)
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily operations of a high-volume QSR location, leading a team of 40+ employees to deliver exceptional guest service and consistent product quality

Manage all aspects of the P&L through strategic business planning, expense control, and performance optimization
-
Lead by example in customer engagement, team development, and operational execution
-
Ensure proper inventory management, food safety, and store sanitation standards
-
Drive sales through local store marketing initiatives and uphold brand standards as a visible and active brand ambassador
-
Foster a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of QSR General Management experience with demonstrated success in:
-
Hiring, training, and motivating high-performing teams
-
Scheduling and labor optimization
-
Food and inventory ordering systems
-
Cash handling and budget management
-
Reading and managing P&Ls
-
Executing local marketing campaigns and sales-building promotions
-
Delivering outstanding customer service
-
-
ServSafe certification required
-
Must be flexible to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
-
Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (weekly pay)

Monthly bonus potential: $1,000 – $1,500
-
Annual “Partners in Profit” bonus: $7,000 – $8,000
