Assistant Operations Manager (Grain Elevator)

📍 Location: Clarks, NE | On-Site 5 Days a Week

✅ Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in grain elevator or grain facility operations (Required – calls will be canceled if this is not met)

• Valid driver’s license

• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on mindset

• Familiarity with grain handling equipment and safety standards

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily facility oversight

• Lead and coordinate staff and seasonal teams

• Oversee logistics, scheduling, and inventory management

• Manage grain storage, handling, and quality control

• Ensure environmental and safety compliance

• Participate in equipment inspections and maintenance planning

• Liaise with farmers, vendors, and transportation partners

• Keep accurate records and assist with reporting tasks
