If you have a passion for expanding territories and building strong relationships, we have the perfect opportunity for you. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage a geographic territory in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. In this role, you will establish and nurture business relationships with brokers and other influencers to increase distribution of our Employee Benefits products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be driving sales activity and managing the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key brokers

Create a strong brand presence in the territory

Build and manage a meaningful sales pipeline

Close Employee Benefit deals

Identify and seize new opportunities, guiding them from prospect to closure

Achieve assigned revenue targets and activity goals

Conduct sales and product seminars as needed

Use market data effectively to expand market presence and increase sales production

Develop a strategy to achieve case activity targets

Requirements:

Established relationships with brokers and experience in LTD, STD, and Group Life

Proven track record of success within the assigned territory

Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues

Collaborative and interpersonal approach

Strong ability to strategize and deliver on objectives

Outstanding presentation and consultative selling skills

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Life and Health license required

Minimum of two to four years of Employment Benefit Sales experience
