A well-regarded AmLaw 100 law firm seeks a talented and experienced attorney to join their Hatch Waxman Litigation Practice Group in the Intellectual Property Department. This position is available in all firm offices, with a preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Achieved a JD from a leading law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Bar Admission in New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania, as applicable.
• Carries 3+ years of substantial experience in Hatch Waxman litigation.
• Possesses strong legal background gained in a reputable law firm, demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills.
• Preferably holds a technical degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Has experience drafting briefs and actively participating in fact and expert discovery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Hatch Waxman litigation, including drafting briefs and overseeing fact and expert discovery.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned intellectual property attorneys within a stimulating and fast-paced work environment.
• Advocate for clients in high-stakes pharmaceutical patent litigation cases.

This position comes with a competitive compensation package, offering a salary range of $240,000 to $290,000 depending on experience. A performance-based discretionary bonus may also be provided.
