Our client is an esteemed national law firm seeking a skilled Associate to join their prestigious Health Care Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging health care litigation cases.
Qualifications:
- An impressive legal education with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
- Must hold an active license to practice law in Texas.
- At least 3 years of experience in health care litigation, focusing on medical staff concerns, patient guardianship, end-of-life issues, and hospital reimbursement disputes.
- Experience working with hospitals will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience at a law firm or a clerkship role, demonstrating exceptional writing abilities including persuasive writing and the drafting of state and federal court pleadings and motions.
- Driven, ambitious, and a team player with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the national practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intricate health care litigation cases, including medical staff matters and hospital reimbursement disputes.
- Prepare and file pleadings and motions in both state and federal courts.
- Engage directly with clients and collaborate on intricate legal cases.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $230,000 and $390,000, depending on experience. Additionally, a performance-based discretionary bonus may be available.
