Job Title: Per-Diem Home Health RN

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Position Summary:

We are actively recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our team in Goodyear, AZ. We have both full-time and per-diem positions available. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, creating personalized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals of various age groups and health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Create and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient documentation and records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Goodyear, AZ.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle. Clean driving record.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
