We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to patients in Burnsville. Your role as an RN will be crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-oriented healthcare services, enabling individuals to maintain their independence and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' health condition and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on illness management and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and uphold quality standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
