- Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance of staff, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, making necessary adjustments to remain competitive.

- Act as a representative of the organization within the community, establishing and nurturing connections with referral sources, patients, and families.

Qualifications:

- Hold an active RN license in the state.

- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (preferred).

- Have at least five years of leadership experience in a home health organization.

- Exhibit strong financial acumen, including familiarity with financial statements.

- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrate the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving organizational objectives.

- Possess knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to home health.
