Location: Plano, TX (covering Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco)

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking high-energy, compassionate sales and marketing professionals.
• Your main role will be to promote our home health programs and services by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or may refer to our hospice.

Qualifications:

• Must be local with established referral sources.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in promoting Home Health Services is required.
• Ability to develop and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
• A stable work history with proven, verifiable performance is preferred.

Experience:

• Recent Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
