Pharmacist (Home Infusion)

We’re looking for a Pharmacist (Home Infusion) to join our dedicated pharmacy team, providing essential medication management and patient-focused care. This full-time role follows a consistent weekday schedule—Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM—with participation in an on-call rotation.

You’ll play a vital role in dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and providing patient education. If you are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, have compounding experience, and are passionate about safe, high-quality pharmacy operations—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense respiratory medications in accordance with physician orders and regulations

• Maintain proper lot and batch number tracking systems for recall readiness

• Ensure all medications are appropriately labeled and dispensed in compliant packaging

• Monitor inventory and manage product recalls as needed

• Address and resolve patient or client concerns professionally and effectively

• Participate in pharmacy inspections and audits conducted by authorized agencies

• Support performance improvement initiatives and pharmacy quality programs

• Remain compliant with all state and federal pharmacy laws and industry best practices

• Provide on-call support as scheduled and in line with company policies

• Contribute to continuing education, internal training, and pharmacy committees

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in both North Carolina and South Carolina (required)

• Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent)

• Prior experience in compounding medications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations for pharmacy operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience managing client communication and conflict resolution

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, speak, and hear regularly during work hours

• Must be able to operate office equipment and vehicles as required

• Occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds

• Visual acuity needed for close, distance, and peripheral vision, plus depth perception
