Job summary: We are in need of a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As the Weekend On-Call RN, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality care to our patients during the weekends. Your primary duties will include administering nursing care to patients of all ages in their place of residence and coordinating care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. You will also be responsible for assuming and participating in the coordination of care.

- Must have an active RN license in the state of OK

- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required, hospice preferred

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Specialized skills in palliation and end-of-life preferred

- Must have reliable transportation, valid auto liability insurance, and a driver's license
