The compensation package for this position is highly negotiable and will be based on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, there are lucrative bonus opportunities (with potential earnings in the six figures) and comprehensive benefits.

The Sales Director is an experienced sales professional who will provide guidance to the sales team to achieve their sales goals and quotas, as established by the Senior Management Team. Working alongside the Executive Director, the Sales Director will develop program and departmental goals, strategies, and implementation plans, and will consistently monitor and evaluate results. The Sales Director will also be responsible for training management and team members on the referral, intake, and admissions process. Maintaining proficiency in both professional and clinical areas is essential. Regularly reviewing Representatives' account profiles and activities is another key aspect of this role. The Sales Director will utilize reports and data to analyze business trends and develop appropriate growth plans for each territory, as directed.

1) This position is primarily focused on hands-on sales leadership
2) The majority of time will be spent in the field
a. Building relationships with high-level referral sources
b. Mentoring, training, and coaching the sales team
c. Accompanying the Hospice Sales Representatives on client visits

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing is necessary.
  • A proven track record of two to five years of sales management experience, leading and directing an outside sales team in a healthcare setting.
  • Hospice or Home Health experience is mandatory!
  • Knowledge of the local market is essential!
