Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives to new heights in alignment with our company's vision and values. Your focus will encompass various HR areas including Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Assessments, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement/Retention. Through your efforts, you will be instrumental in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and implement innovative people strategies that align with our company's ambitious goals. Your insights and actions will drive our business success.

· Leadership in HR: Provide expert HR guidance and advisory services, particularly in Employee Relations. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance and effectively handle challenges in a constantly changing environment.

· Managing Change: Lead our organization through change by empowering managers and leaders to navigate confidently. Your expertise will help us adapt, evolve, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

· Talent Development: Shape our future workforce! Collaborate closely with managers to identify and meet our talent needs, ensuring we have a capable and resilient workforce ready for future challenges.

· Improving Performance: Drive excellence by developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance performance and align with our business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our success and growth.

· Collaboration with Corporate Centers: Partner with our Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align on key areas including leadership development, compensation, benefits, and staffing. Your collaboration will support our organizational goals and elevate our people.

· Apprenticeship Program Leadership: Lead and oversee our apprenticeship program to ensure its alignment with business needs and contribution to the development of skilled professionals for the future.

· Administrative Support: Provide essential support for our HR operations, including managing our HR Performance Management system and assisting the VP of Global HR with reports, metrics, and key projects that drive our progress.

· Project Leadership: Take the lead in driving HR projects that deliver business results on time and meet our high standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in related field

· 5+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment

· Must be able and willing to work onsite in a collaborative, team-centric environment 5 days a week

· Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations within a manufacturing setting

· Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data management skills

· Ambitious and fast-paced work style that thrives in a collaborative environment

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· PHR certification preferred, but above all, we value your enthusiasm and drive!
