- This position requires working five days per week on a rotating twelve-hour swing shift schedule, with six days off every three weeks
- Hourly pay rate can go up to $29.50
- An electrical mechanical degree or a related field is required, along with experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, PLCs, and AC/DC drives
- A stable work history without frequent job changes is mandatory

We are currently seeking a full-time Industrial Machinery PLC Maintenance Technician for a leading paper product manufacturing company located in De Pere, WI. This company is known for its state-of-the-art facilities and has a very low employee turnover rate. Our recent expansion has created new opportunities for growth, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a swing shift employee, you will work five days per week on a rotating schedule, allowing for six days off every three weeks.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Working five days a week on a rotating twelve-hour shift, with six consecutive days off every three weeks
- Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on various paper product making machines
- Operating and troubleshooting DC and AC drives
- Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work a rotating twelve-hour shift with six consecutive days off every three weeks
- Degree in electrical mechanical or related field
- Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
- Proficiency in working with PLCs
- Knowledge of AC and DC drives
- Willingness to travel occasionally (every other month for two days)
- Availability to work Saturdays, if required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proven work history with no frequent job changes
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Residence within a 45-minute commute to the De Pere, WI area
