Ammonia System Industrial Refrigeration Technician

Location: Fort Atkinson, WI Area
Compensation: $42 – $44 per hour

• Time-and-a-half pay for hours worked over 8 hours/day

• Double-time pay for hours worked on Sundays
  Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Onsite Only
  Employment Type: Permanent W-2 Employee

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to maintain and service industrial ammonia refrigeration systems on 2nd shift. This role also requires electrical maintenance skills and general industrial maintenance expertise. The company is dedicated to employee development and will provide support for obtaining RETA certification, if not already held.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and ammonia refrigeration maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Conduct routine industrial maintenance and facility upkeep.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ammonia-based refrigeration systems.

• Ensure all work is performed with a focus on safety and efficiency.

• Work exclusively on 2nd shift as part of the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical maintenance experience.

• Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift.

• RETA certification is a plus (company will sponsor certification if not currently held).

• Strong work history with a track record of reliability.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Fort Atkinson, WI area (no relocation assistance provided).
