JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a highly reputable company specializing in Commercial Service and Maintenance. Our integrated approach allows us to offer a comprehensive range of installation, service, and repair solutions for various building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. Currently, we are seeking an experienced sales professional/account manager to join our team. In this role, you will actively promote our services, cultivate new client relationships, and maintain existing partnerships both within and outside the organization.

Responsibilities of the Sales Relationship Manager

  • Identify and pursue potential accounts by conducting research, initiating contact, building rapport, and providing technical information
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling and direct emailing
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and project requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycles, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient delivery
  • Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs within project timelines
  • Utilize CRM and other sales applications to manage customer interactions
  • Support company expansion initiatives under the guidance of the manager
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications of the Sales Relationship Manager

  • Prior experience in business-to-business sales is a must
  • Industry knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing is required
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent multitasking and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
