🔧 MUST HAVES
✅ 3+ years of inspection experience in manufacturing or maintenance
✅ 2–4 years performing in-process and final inspections
✅ Skilled with precision measurement tools and aerospace blueprint reading
✅ Solid knowledge of dimensioning, tolerancing, and industry standards
✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Word)
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a regulated environment
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly meticulous Quality Inspector – Aerospace Repairs to join our Quality Assurance team. This is a mission-critical position ensuring the integrity, compliance, and airworthiness of repaired aerospace components. You’ll handle inspections at every stage—from Receiving through Final—and play a key part in certifying our parts meet rigorous aerospace standards.
You’ll be using tools like calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment daily and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (QA, production, shipping) to maintain workflow and quality documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔍 Inspection Responsibilities

Perform Receiving Inspections to validate materials against engineering specs and purchase orders

Conduct In-Process Inspections during manufacturing and repair phases to catch and correct issues early

Complete Final Inspections ensuring all components meet drawing and specification requirements before shipping
📄 Documentation & Auditing
🤝 Teamwork & Communication

Partner with production, shipping/receiving, and QA teams to ensure process alignment

Provide clear feedback on nonconformities and quality issues

Preferred Skills & Experience:
