Our client, an esteemed law firm acknowledged in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is in search of a highly-driven Insurance Coverage Litigation Partner to join their renowned Philadelphia office. This position presents an exciting chance to represent and advise insurers on a variety of intricate coverage and bad faith litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise collaborating with insurance carriers and will be enthusiastic about assuming significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm's expanding insurance practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a JD from a prestigious law school with a remarkable academic record.

  • Currently possess Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission in good standing.

  • Demonstrate considerable experience handling insurance coverage litigation matters.

  • Showcase strong litigation and case management skills.

  • Exhibit exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy abilities.

  • Prove capability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Display leadership skills and a capacity to motivate a team.
  • Possess outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent insurance carriers in cases of complex coverage and bad faith litigation.

  • Advise insurers on various coverage matters, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile, personal umbrella, freight forwarder, and professional liability policies.

  • Handle coverage disputes related to general liability, construction defect, environmental issues, errors & omissions, and directors & officers policies.

  • Counsel insurance companies on the drafting of policy provisions to align with evolving legal requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

  • Work together with a team of experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services.

  • Engage in collaboration with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
