ASSOCIATE – INSURANCE RECOVERY
Location: Washington, DC

Our esteemed client, a leading international law firm ranked within the AmLaw 50, is actively seeking a highly-qualified Associate at the Junior to Mid-Level to join their thriving Insurance Coverage Litigation team.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from a prestigious law school, complemented by excellent academic credentials.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is an essential requirement.
• No less than two years of experience in handling insurance policyholder matters at a reputable law firm listed within the AmLaw 200 or specialized policyholder boutique, OR one year of insurance policyholder experience combined with experience as a federal judicial clerk.
• Must possess exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to proficiently manage intricate litigation cases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively represent policyholders in demanding commercial insurance coverage disputes.
• Assertively advocate for clients' entitlement to coverage under diverse commercial insurance policies.
• Collaborate alongside a nationally recognized team on some of the most prominent policyholder cases in the nation.
