Inventory Control - Warehouse Supervisor (International Logistics)

🚨 MUST HAVES

✅ 5+ years of inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment
✅ 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, including leading shipping/receiving teams

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
✅ APICS CPIM/CSCP certification highly preferred

About the Role:

Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for process improvement and logistics? We’re hiring an Inventory Control & Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic team handling inventory, shipping/receiving, and parts kitting. This role is hands-on and critical to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely domestic and international shipments.

You’ll oversee a team responsible for shipping spare parts, receiving vendor deliveries, and preparing kits for assembly crews—all while optimizing processes, ensuring safety, and maintaining data accuracy in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures

• Monitor inventory levels to support production and customer demand

• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accuracy within ERP inventory systems

• Train and manage the inventory control team

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

Shipping, Receiving & Kitting

• Lead team shipping domestic and international spare parts orders

• Supervise receiving operations and ensure accurate organization of incoming parts

• Oversee kitting of parts and inventory for machine assembly crews

• Coordinate machine shipping schedules with manufacturing teams

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for international shipments

• Maintain safety-first culture across all warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related

• At least 5 years in inventory control with 2+ years in a warehouse leadership role

• ERP experience required (any major system)

• International shipping/logistics experience highly valued

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Collaborative mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
