INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - ATLANTA

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are urgently seeking qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Associate Attorney - Investment Funds in our Atlanta office.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a JD from a prestigious law school and achieved excellent academic results.
• Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
• Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in investment management and the formation of funds.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on the structuring and formation of various investment funds, including private equity, hedge, real estate, private credit, and hybrid funds.
• Get involved in retail alternative fund matters, expanding your expertise in areas such as BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to offer comprehensive legal counsel to fund sponsors and institutional investors.
• Engage with clients directly to build relationships and contribute to the team's business development efforts.
• Support the strategic growth of our Investment Funds practice and contribute to its ongoing success.
