Our client, a well-established national law firm, is currently seeking a highly capable and driven Associate Attorney to join their esteemed IP Litigation Group based in Austin.

Desired Qualifications:

• Holder of a JD degree from a prestigious law school, displaying a commendable academic track record.
• Texas Bar Admission is a must.
• 3-5 years of substantial experience in patent litigation, with a specific focus on Intellectual Property disputes.
• Demonstrated involvement in complex legal matters in a reputable law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle high-profile patent litigation cases on behalf of renowned clients within diverse industries.
• Collaborate closely with experienced litigators in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
