We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our IP Litigation practice group in Austin. Our client is a prestigious national law firm known for its excellence in intellectual property litigation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a top-tier law school with an impressive academic record (JD).
• Must be admitted to the bar in Texas.
• Possess 3-5 years of substantive experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Proven work experience in a reputable law firm handling complex legal matters.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex patent litigation cases on behalf of high-profile clients across various industries.
• Collaborate closely with experienced litigators to contribute to high-stakes IP disputes.
• Prepare and draft complex legal documents and actively participate in all stages of litigation, including trial preparations, depositions, and hearings.
