Our client, an esteemed national law firm, is currently searching for a highly-qualified and driven Associate Attorney to join their reputable Intellectual Property Litigation practice group located in Austin.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a distinguished law school, demonstrating exceptional academic performance.
• Mandatory admission to the Texas State Bar.
• At least 3-5 years of substantial experience in the field of Intellectual Property litigation, focusing primarily on patent litigation.
• Previous involvement in intricate legal matters within a highly regarded law firm.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills in the legal realm.
• Eagerness to work harmoniously within an in-office collaborative environment and dedicate efforts towards a team-oriented approach.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and resolve intricate patent litigation cases involving prestigious clients in diverse industries.
• Closely collaborate with experienced litigators, contributing effectively to high-stakes Intellectual Property disputes.
• Prepare complex legal documents and actively participate in all phases of litigation, including trial preparations, depositions, and hearings.
