INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a reputable national law firm ranked within the AmLaw 100, is in search of a highly motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is available in various office locations, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, DC.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduated from a highly regarded law school with a remarkable academic record.
• Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of substantive experience in intellectual property litigation, with a preference for those with experience in the Federal Circuit.
• Demonstrates exceptional skills in research, writing, and analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative within a law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective client service and achieve favorable outcomes.
