Join their renowned patent practice and engage in high-level patent prosecution work for the most innovative technology and life sciences companies.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well-regarded law school with an exceptional academic record.

• Be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction or have eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar examination.

• Possess at least 2 years of experience as a patent associate or patent agent.

• Be registered with the USPTO or have eligibility to become a member of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office bar.

• Demonstrate expertise in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, physics, or possess equivalent experience.

• Showcase exceptional skills in legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the United States and internationally.

• Conduct analyses on patentability and freedom-to-operate.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate and implement effective intellectual property strategies.

• Address office actions and closely liaise with the USPTO.

• Advise clients on the latest developments in patent law and emerging technologies.

Our compensation is highly competitive, with salary ranges of $235,000 to $390,000 commensurate with experience. In addition, discretionary performance-based bonuses present further earning potential.
