LOCATION: Reston, VA, a vibrant city located near our Nation's capital, offers residents a mix of urban and suburban comforts. This hybrid role is open to local candidates and those willing to relocate upon being hired.

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Apply industry best practices to implement Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC & PTP), driving efficiency and fostering innovation.
• Perform fit-gap analyses, develop innovative solutions, and create detailed functional specifications for projects.
• Lead end-to-end system development phases, ensuring timely delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain compliance with Information Security and SOX regulations.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise, resolve software application issues, and spearhead automation initiatives for process optimization.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
• Effectively present high-quality solutions through presentations, addressing challenges and proposing effective strategies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Possess at least 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9+), web applications, services, and interfaces within the financials functional area.
• Have previous experience in a techno-functional role involving Oracle EBS, with recent involvement in configuration and implementation tasks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in capturing requirements and generating detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Reston, VA (60 miles) or be willing to relocate to the area upon being hired. (Assistance provided within the USA)
• Preferably be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
