JDEdwards business systems analyst
Location: Ruston, LA
Our company, based in Ruston, Louisiana, is seeking a skilled JDE Business Analyst to join our team.
As a JDE E1 Business Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with various departments to gather business requirements for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2 modules, such as Financials, Payroll, HR, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Inventory, Purchasing, and CAM (Capital Asset Management).
- Developing and implementing business solutions within the JD Edwards E1 system to meet the identified requirements.
- Coordinating activities with external vendors and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks, particularly related to E1 projects.
- Managing E1 projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of solutions.
- Resolving any E1 end-user issues that arise through troubleshooting and effective problem-solving.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an E1 Analyst.
- Proficiency in JDE E1 9.2 modules, including Orchestrator.
- Prior experience in integrating JDE E1 with external systems is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with ReportsNow is a plus.
- Desirable but not mandatory: Experience with IBM (AS/400) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end users.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment and work well with others.
