We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Tool & Die Maker to join a stable, employee-owned, and debt-free precision manufacturing company. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools.

• Repair dies, gauges, and tools; assemble parts to complete necessary repairs.

• Operate various toolroom equipment to support manufacturing needs.

• Fabricate parts as required to complete tool and equipment repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Tool & Die Maker.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing tools, dies, and industrial machinery.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Consistent, solid work history.

• Must reside within a 45-minute commute.

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder required.
