Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:

• Must possess a JD from a reputed law school and demonstrate a stellar academic performance.

• Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for/waive into the upcoming bar examination.

• 1–6 years of significant expertise in patent litigation.

• A background in cutting-edge technologies or life sciences arenas is preferred, though not obligatory.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal advocacy proficiencies.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, intense litigation environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Conduct meticulous legal research and compose briefs, motions, and memoranda.

• Collaborate closely with clients, technical experts, and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

• Participate in proceedings before federal courts and the Patent Office.

• Engage in intricate analysis of technical and scientific concepts pertaining to patent disputes.
