A nationally renowned civil litigation defense firm is currently seeking a talented Associate Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment and Employment Benefits to join their expanding office in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, GA. This esteemed firm, boasting a team of over 200 attorneys across the United States, is interested in hiring a junior associate with the following qualifications:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be a licensed attorney admitted to practice in Georgia.
- Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience within a law firm or corporate setting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in ERISA/employee benefits counseling or litigation; however, a willingness to acquire expertise in this area will be welcomed alongside general civil litigation experience.
- Adept at conducting thorough legal research and producing well-written documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expected annual billing requirement of 1,900 hours, with additional bonuses for exceeding this minimum.
