Junior Patent Litigation Associate Attorney - Atlanta

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior-Level Associate Attorney to join our esteemed AmLaw 100 firm as part of our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Atlanta. This is a unique opportunity for a junior attorney to gain hands-on experience in the field of patent litigation, working alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
• Bar Admission in Georgia is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sophisticated and complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on defending patent litigation cases.
• A background in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• A confident presence, excellent advocacy skills, and a drive for entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in challenging patent litigation cases, handling all aspects of defense work.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare high-quality motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Participate actively in the discovery process, including depositions, document review, and preparation of expert witnesses.
• Collaborate effectively with a talented team to develop litigation strategies and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage cases efficiently and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
