Associate Attorney - Patent Litigation

This is a unique opportunity for an associate attorney to gain valuable hands-on experience in defending patent litigation cases, working alongside a dynamic team of seasoned professionals.

Profile of an Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school, demonstrating a strong academic record.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in complex litigation, specifically defending patent litigation cases.
• A background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Possess excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate a positive presence, advocacy skills, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex patent litigation matters, overseeing all aspects of defense work.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-crafted motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in the discovery process, including depositions, document review, and expert witness preparation.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to develop effective litigation strategies and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage cases and ensure adherence to deadlines.
